Due to the many different shapes, sizes and weights of the items in our Online Store, at this time we are unable to calculate shipping charges for our customers when their orders are submitted.  Shipping charges will be e-mailed to you and added when your order is invoiced. Listed below are the various shipping methods available in our Online Store.

• Will Call - Hold for Pick-Up at one of our Showrooms. 

• UPS Ground  - It may be more economical to ship your items, especially if they are heavy, with a trucking company.  Certain items may only be trucked. DTC will inform you if your shipment must be trucked.

Expedited Shipping:  All expedited shipping orders must be placed by 11:00am PST.  You will be notified if we will be able to honor your request based on product availability.

• UPS Red Label - Next Day Service by 10:30am

• UPS Blue Label - Two Day Service

• UPS Orange Label - Three Day Service

• Fed-Ex Priority - Next Day Service by 10:30am

• Fed-Ex Standard - Next Day Service by 3:00pm

• Fed-Ex Two-Day - Two Day Service by 4:30pm
