Privacy Statement

DTC demonstrates a firm commitment to privacy.  We use a secure SSL server with the latest in encryption technology so that your personal and financial information is not shared with others.  Our site uses your e-mail address to establish temporary accounts to keep track of your orders.  Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart items.  You may browse our Online Store at any time without giving us any information until you decide to check out.  At that time, we require your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and payment information. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

How can you stop receiving DTC monthly newsletters?

To be removed from our monthly newsletter email listing, please send an email to remove@dtcgrip.com with the word REMOVE as your subject line.

Our site contains links to other sites.  DTC is not responsible for the content or operation of linked sites.

Images

Images and narratives are the property of DTC or the companies represented by DTC.  The images are often approximate representations of products to give the customer a guide to what they are purchasing.  Sometimes, the item to be purchased is grouped with other items of the same or support items.  Only the items in the description and price will be sold regardless of the picture.

Errors

DTC will not be held responsible for typographical errors, price errors, stock availability errors or incorrect images.  All orders are in the negotiation phase until invoiced.  Therefore, DTC will contact the customer explaining the error before the sale is finalized.

Product Availability

Items showing as "In Stock" usually ship in 1-2 days; items showing as "Out of Stock - Accepting Orders" will ship as soon as available, either from one of our warehouses or dropshipped from the manufacturer. DTC will notify you by phone or e-mail if an item is out of stock.  At that time, you may change or cancel your order by phoning us at 877.382.3456 (In the Bay Area 510.595.3456) or e-mailing customer service

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return any items, please contact DTC by e-mail or phone 877.382.3456 (In the Bay Area 510.595.3456).

 

Please be advised that all returns and exchanges must be within 30 days and include a copy of your original receipt.  Some refunds will be charged a 20% processing fee (call DTC for details).  There will be no returns or exchanges on tape, gels, sale merchandise, special orders, and discontinued items.  Each piece of merchandise must be returned in the same condition and container in which it was originally received.  If all requirements are met, you will have the choice of a store credit, or a refund on the credit card that was used for the original purchase, in the amount of the purchase price less any processing fee. Shipping charges are NOT refundable, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Damage

If there is any damage to any merchandise due to shipping:  Please contact DTC by phone at 877.382.3456 (In the Bay Area 510.849.3456) within 24 hours of delivery.  Do not discard any shipping boxes.  They may be needed for evidence in filing a claim with the shipping company.
